I have dozens of eBooks on my iPad that are not 'purchased' through iTunes. How can I sync these with my iPhone? (sync/iCloud only grabs the ones I've purchased from Apple)

I keep my eBooks in Dropbox so they're available to me everywhere. Within the Dropbox folder, each author has their own folder. When I'm on my iPad, I find the book I'm looking for and use "Open in" for the Kindle app or iBooks.

Are they in iBooks or some other ereader app?

I have lots of books in iBooks I get from places other than Apple, and they all get copied to my computer when I sync. I then sync my other iDevices with my computer, and the books sync across all devices.

I'll have to go the Dropbox route, I suppose. I was just hoping iCloud would be more usefull, since I don't sync with a PC.
