Sync Facebook Photo ONLY to Contacts

In iOS 7 there is heavy usage of contacts photos in the Contacts app. Especially the Favorites tab. I refuse to sync my entire iOS with Facebook because I've seen it mess up so many people contacts and I don't want to give all my contacts info to facebook either.

So how do I sync ONLY the contacts photos? And preferably 1-way, where I just keep them from Facebook without sending Facebook anything? Can iOS do this? Can any app do this (even paid)? Can I do it on the Mac?

Their used to be a great little app for just syncing contact photos but it's been discontinued.

There are actually quit a few apps that will do it fairly well (they will often give you the option to do more than just photos, but you can select what you want and basically just get photos if that's what you want). Sync.ME from http://www.sync.me is one of the bigger ones.
