Sync Failed

I am trying to sync Newsy with my iCloud account. I have Newsy setup to save all of the news feeds to my iCloud account, automatically.

Ive just rest my phone, and then restored from iCloud backup, and I keep getting this message when trying to sync Newsify.... https://imgur.com/QX2mgJ8

I don't have a setting in iCloud for documents....

Can anyone help please?

What about the settings in iCloud Drive ? What iOS version are you on?

Settings in iCloud Drive? There are non specifically for Documents and Data. I have enabled the setting for Newsify in the iCloud Drive settings.

Im using the iOS 9.3.2, same as my brand new iPad that I bought today. That syncs fine with Newsify via iCloud...
