Sync folder on HD to folder on USB stick?

Situation: I got a 32gb usb flash drive in my car that contains all of my music. (I just dragged the folder 'iTunes music' on there)

Now I want to have a little app that automatically syncs the folder on my USB stick to the folder on my HD ... is that possible?

Not sure if this will work, but you can try SyncOTunes (http://homepage.mac.com/oligrob/syncOtunes/syncOtunes.html).

I've used it to sync two itunes libraries between different macs, it does this at the file level, so should do the same thing between your mac itunes folder and the memory stick.

There is an app out there that lets you configure automatic actions (like syncing) to happen whenever you plug in a specific device. Only problem is I can't remember the name of it . Someone out there must know what I'm talking about! I'll do some searching...
