Sync iCal to ANYTHING

Folks,

I'm struggling with syncing my work calendar with my iPhone. I have Outlook 2011 (for work) syncing perfectly with iCal. Now I just need to SYNC iCal to Google or iCloud or some other service the iPhone can talk to. (iPhone has no access to Exchange directly)

The problem is Outlook 2011 has to sync with an iCal calendar (local to the machine), it cannot sync with an iCloud calendar within iCal.

Is there ANY solution that will sync iCal to Google (sync, not just making iCal visible to Google) or iCloud?

Box.net has a CalDav server built in. Very nice feature.

Now my Outlook 2011 sync to iCal. iCal publishes to Box.Net, which includes any chances from Outlook, and my iPhone subscribes to the Calendar on Box.net.

Exactly what I needed.
