Sync iCal to Exchange

Hey guys,

I've asked something similar before and not really gotten a solution, so I thought I'd try my luck again. My university runs an exchange 2010 and I am trying to sync my calendar there with my calendar on my iphone/mac on the go, but have yet to find a way of doing so. Does anyone have any idea how this could be done, I know there are ways to do it using google cal, but is there a simpler way?
