I've download apps for my iPad on both my iMac and MBP.
If I sync my iPad on my Imac to load apps, I lose whatever apps I installed when I synced to my MBP and vice versa.

Is there a way to sync up on both computers and not lose any apps?
Many times I'll be on my MBP and on a whim decide to download and install an app only to forget that If I sync up, I might lose apps when I synced up on my iMac.

Would it be easier to just centralize my apps all to my iMac?

Im pretty sure...but when you plug it in you can right click on it and click "transfer Purchases" it should save all of the current apps on the Ipad on your computer. so you can put all your apps on both computers.

It will also let you know if there are apps on the iPad that are not on iTunes and prompt you to transfer purchases.
