sync iphone 3g to my new comp!

I have just got a new laptop, coz i fried the hdd on my old one :'( does anyone know how to get my music and contacts and pics off my iphone 3g and put em on my new laptop, coz i got loads and dont want to lose it all!

not sure if this will work or not but have you tried authorising your new laptop on itunes then tried connecting it, it then hopefully back up what you have on your iphone to the laptop?
