Sync iphone 4 to car bluetooth

Does anyone know how to transfer a contact list from an iphone 4 to a car via bluetooth? Car is a Toyota Venza.... Help please!

Syncing

Look in your owners manual. You might have to enter a code in your phone to pair with your car. Go to settings and make sure bluetooth is on. Your phone should be searching for bluetooth devices. If you have made the bluetooth discoverable in your car, and it needs a code, a screen will appear on your IPhone asking for the code. After it is entered, your phone will pair with your car. ( there are some cars where the contact list isn't loaded)
