Sync iPhone 4S videos to iPhone 4

Anyone have any idea how to sync iPhone 4s camera videos to the iPhone 4? I know the 4 only shoots in 720p and the 4s 1080 but there has to be someway to sync back to the 4. The issue is in the photos app on the 4 it shows the folder name but with a blank picture and the videos don't sync.
