I've got my iMac at home, which is my primary computer in terms of syncing. I also have my MacBook Pro that I use mostly at work. I keep the same mail/calendar/contacts setup on both Macs, but not the same music or photo libraries.

I'd like to buy a dock for my iPhone to use at work, and be able to sync all my calendar/contact data while I'm there...and still be able to come home and sync up as well (calendar/contacts plus music and photos).

Is this possible without screwing up the syncing with the iMac?

Nope. Everything on the "Info" tab can be synced with one computer. The "Music" and "Video" can be synced with another computer, but you can't sync any one tab with two computers. (And music and video must come from the same computer, if I recall correctly.)
