I should not use iTunes to manage my iPhone 5s most of the time. But, when I want to try iTunes to sync my iPhone photos to computer, I met a huge problem. I don't know if my steps were wrong, or it was the problem of iTunes. Hope somebody help me to clarify.

When I plugged the iPhone 5S to computer (Windows 7 32 bit) and opened iTunes 12.2.2.25, I saw my iPhone 5S device shown on iTunes, I clicked the Photo tab on the left and checked the option Sync Photos on the right panel. Then chose the iPhone photo folder besides the copy photos from, clicked Apply on the bottom.

I thought iTunes should just sync the photos I chose from my iPhone 5S to computer, but I found iTunes was transferring other information too. Is that normal? How to make sure iTunes just sync the files I told it to?
