iPod touch Sync iPod contacts with iTunes & Outlook

I have a new iPod that I have added over 200 contacts on. Now I have a new PC and need to sync contacts to Outlook through iTunes.



My contacts are not saved anywhere else at this point other than my iPod.
 
Called Apple support and just had to "Sync Contacts w/ Outlook" on iTunes.
