iPod Sync IPOD with new Itunes Install

My PC crashed, so I reinstalled OS along with new Itunes installation. If I hook up my IPOD, it will ask if I want to sync my IPOD with the Itunes Library, even though the library is empty.

How do I sync my IPOD to the new itunes installation to copy all the songs from the IPOD to my PC?
