Sync issues - Have to reload my entire music library each time

Has anyone else encountered this problem with their AT&T iPhone 4S running the beta? Whenever I sync my phone with iTunes, none of my music updates copy over until the 2nd or 3rd attempt at which point it proceeds to reload my entire music library?

Is there a fix out there for this? Please note, I've reset all settings and performed a clean install as well...
