Sync issues on with hotmail and mac mail

Hi, I have a hotmail plus account and have downloaded the daniel parnell plug in. everything seemed to be working but i just noticed that the sent items are not synced on the web with hotmail. Also, messages that are read are still marked as unread on the web hotmail. How do I get the sent items to be available on the web also as I dont have mac in work.
