I've been having a nightmare of issues trying to get my phone to sync with itunes.
When attempting to update to iOS5 on my iPhone4, itunes said it was unable to restore my phone and left me with a phone that said It needed restoring, but itunes prohibiting me from doing so. Which resulted in me popping to the apple store to get it restored and iOS5 put on - annoying as I lost all my data.
Now i'm back home again i've tried to sync my phone itunes just keeps repeatedly crashing when I try to do anything with my phone connected.
If it's left long enough it says 'Syncing iPhone (step 2 of 5) Backing up' but it gets stuck there with no control over iTunes, within task manager it keeps swinging between running and not responding.
Anyone any ideas? help would be muchly appreciated!
I even went as far as installing iTunes on a different computer and i'm getting similar issues.
(im running windows vista 64bit)
