I have moved private email from one webmail provider to another. Used the Outlook function export/import and it seemed to go smoothly. All emails are displayed for all accounts in the webmail client and in Outlook (in MS365 package).
Except for one account.
Previous accounts on iphone and ipad have been removed and new has been added with a new incoming and outgoing server. All emails are after a while displayed in the mail program on ipad / iphone for 4 out of 5 accounts.
After a while - because it came in blocks, everything from the last days and the oldest came right away and then the rest in three, four rbatches in a few hours.
For one account, all email between 23.4.2020 and 2.2.2021 is still missing, even 3 days after the change of supplier (approx. 5-600 of a total of 2400 elements). And it is only missing on one ipad and one iphone. All emails are in the web client and displayed in Outlook.
I entered the account on another ipad and another iphone, and here all emails are displayed.
Can anyone explain why it works on some devices, but not on others? And can anyone tell me what to do to make this work everywhere?
