Sync Mogul with Mac

Hello...

Since I'm in Sprint I can't have the iPhone so I'm using the Mogul. This phone works under Windows Mobile and I would like to know how to Sync with my MBP. I would like to sync my contacts and my calendar... if there is an application dedicated for this (like palm desktop for the palm) it would be fine...
