Sync Multiple Tracks Across Multiple Devices

Hello, I am looking for an app (or perhaps a non-app solution)...

There are plenty of apps that let me sync the same track across multiple devices (Seedio, Speakerfly...) but I'm looking for a way to have multiple tracks played from multiple devices.

For example, if I had one drum track, one bass track, one guitar track, one vocal track... I want to play them together to make a full piece of music!

Any possible solution to this beyond everyone pushing 'play' at exactly the same time?
