Sync music with two computers- Swaptunes still working?

Hi,

Does anyone know if swaptunes still works under 4.1? I can't find any info on this app after about 2008.

I really need to sync between my home desktop and my work desktop without having to bring the MP3s home with me all the time.

I know there's a HexEdit hack, but understand it's a pain with the latest version of iTunes and for me Swaptunes looks perfect, but I'm a bit wary of messing anything up if it hasn't been updated for iOS 4.

Anyone know? (or an alternative solution if known)
