Sync my contacts with Iphone 4s

Got the new Iphone 4s. Cannot figure out how to import my contacts to my phone and reaching apple these days is like using a PC-Painful

Can someone tell me how to import my contacts from my Mac Pro to my Iphone please. I did search the forum but no luck.
