Sync my Nokia to iCal for more than 30 days?

Hi Everyone

Probably a basic question but I use iSync from my Nokia to Macbook which works fine, apart from not extending beyond 30 days!

In other words if I put a date in my iCal for 5 weeks ahead it wont copy to my phone! Is this a basic setting?

I've looked in preferences and on the phone but cant seem to find anything.....help?
