Hi

I am going away for the weekend and getting an iPod Touch, I was wondering as you cant use it without syncing it to a computer. Is it possible to sync it in store, or to my friends computer just to get it running then when I get home, sync it with my computer?

One thing that may make a problem, is it also possible before getting home, buying apps straight from my iPod App Store then syncing it at home? Or will this delete them? If it would, is there a way of getting around it?

Hope that made sense and you can help, thanks.

Well, when you first buy an iPod, there's no music on it and the battery may not be fully charged. Sync puts the music on it and plugging into the usb starts the charging.
