sync of multiple calendars between ical and iphone ok?

does syncing of multiple calendars between ical and iphone work ok? i.e. are the events still in the right calendar after sync? i'm asking as i seem to remember having heard that this did not work properly on a earlier iOS version...

Works fine. I have 2 Gmail calendars, 4 MobileMe & 4 subscribed on my iphone. Over 1/2 of those are also on iCal on my iMac.

I sync about 20 calanders between my iPhone, iPad, and iCal.

Works like a charm.
