Sync option between PC and MAC

Hi There,

Is there any good sync software between PC and Mac. I have a work PC and i want to sychronise a few folders between my Mac and PC. Is there any good solution (both free and paid )

I use Chronosync between my two Macs and although I haven't used it between a PC and a Mac, it also works that way as well. It's pretty powerful as far as the options and you can choose to include just a few folders and vice versa, and it also has various options for syncing (always copy the newer version vs. always copy from one of the computers, etc.). It's $40.
