Sync Outlook/Exchange with Mac Mail or Entourage

I am trying to get my corporate email on Mac Mail. It's a Outlook account, and the web address says webmail.companyname.com/exchange. I'm unsure how to determine with the incoming mail server address and outgoing mail server address would be, whether it's a POP, IMAP, Exchange 2007, or Exchange IMAP account. I need some kind of work around to get my mail to the Mail program. Also, if that doesn't work, I'd also like to know how to send it to Microsoft Entourage for Mac, then at least I can just export it to Mac Mail from there. Please help!
