Sync Photo Albums between iPhone and Windows

Hi guys,

Is there any way to sync photo albums between my iPhone XS and Windows 10 laptop?

I'm not just looking to sync photos but I want to sync organized albums both ways. For example, I have thousands of photos organised in folders on my laptop from previous devices that I want to sync to my iPhone and I want the albums organized on my iPhone to be sync'd to the Windows Laptop.

I'm not sure if this is possible, I've gone through phases of spending time trying to work this out but never find a solution for this.

Please help!
