Sync Photos *From* Apple TV *To* Computer

I rebuilt my computer and forgot to back up my photo collection. Fortunately it was all synced to my Apple TV. Is anyone aware of a method for extracting the photos from the Apple TV back to my computer? I'm afraid to re-sync with iTunes for fear of losing my pictures.
