sync photos from mac to iwatch

I can only see the shared or photos that are on my iPhone. I would like to see my entire Photo's library from my Mac.

I don't think there is a way to do that. You first have to sync the photos to your phone, then from the phone to the watch.

Bummer so I will need to put my photo library into the cloud just to be able to do what I wanted?

Nope - its basically an extension of your phone so everything flows through your phone.

No, you could just sync them to your phone from your computer.
