Sync photos from one machine, music from another

Quick question... is there a way to sync music from one machine (a PC running iTunes) and sync the photos from another machine (a Mac with Aperture library and iTunes)? I've got all my 'good' ripped music on a XP server but all my good photos are on my Macbook Pro.

Any tips? Much appreciated!

I can't remember how to do it exactly (I'm not at home at the moment) but I think you can set up more computers in the settings menu. I have photos from a desktop pc and movies photos and music from my MacBook. I'm pretty sure when I set up the pc as a second source I could only do photos and not music or movies

EDIT: I think it streams from my second pc
