sync question - Air/dropbox/windows

I've just set up a folder sync between my Air and Dropbox using MacDropAny. Does anyone know if I can have the same dropbox folder synced to my windows pc at work with DropBox Folder Sync? Or will having the same folder synced to two platforms with two different apps mess things up?
