sync question (contacts). can I go through 1 at a time

yo,
someone went through and randomly deleted a few of my contacts when my phone was out of my hands.

When I went to sync it said, greater than 5% changed, x number new, deleted, modified, or something like that.

Is there a way to go through each individual difference and see what was changed and which option I want to keep / revert?

Nope, you can't do that.

But you can do a restore which would work.
