does anyone here send audio to and from there hardware sampler via. a USB 2.0 audio interface with the coaxial spdif I/O's (like the Avid Pro Tools Mbox 3 for example) to your DAW instead of using the balanced 1/4" I/O's?
if you do, how easy would you say it is to do to send audio to and from your hardware sampler and your DAW (i hope to be using my MPC 2500 with Logic pro 9 on my macbook soon) and also is there a noticeable sound quality different between the two...
i would of got a firewire interface like the apogee duet but my new macbook only has USB 2.0... i won't be able to send stereo audio from my mpc 2500 to an apogee ONE so i can't get that either
