Sync Services Error - iTunes 9.1

Ever since updating to iTunes 9.1 I'm getting this error message when I connect my iPhone 3GS.

"iTunes was unable to load provider data from sync services. Reconnect or try again later."

I've never had this issue before with the previous version of iTunes.

My Phone still shows up in the iTunes tray with all its information. I can sync and back up as normal. Its just an annoying pop up everytime I connect my phone.

Anyone else having this issue?

iTunes 9.1 on Windows 7
iPhone 3GS running Firmware 3.1.2 (Staying away from 3.1.3)
Non-Jailbroken

yeah mine is terrible today...started a restore with 9.1 and its just spinning on optimizing photos for my iphone for about 15mins now...

yet my audio space keeps going up...went from 1.5gb to 2.12gbs ..

this restore so far is taking about 1.5 hours...wtf !!!
