Sync & set up itunes on used phone

Sorry if this has been answered b4, but I could'nt find the answer.
I have possibility to purchase a 2 week old phone, how can I set up a new itunes account and sync and everything when the phone has already been registered on itunes - hope you all understand what I mean :)
