Sync software for Pocket PC device

I know Apple recommend Mark/Space's 'Missing Sync' to sync windows-based PDAs, but what are the other options? and are they any good?

I used the missing sync, it was good but it doesn't appear to be opening in Leopard. I would really kind of like a free application I am sick of paying for a new app every time I get a new smartphone with a different OS. I have had to buy apps for a sidekick, windows mobile 5.0, and windows mobile 6.0, I am really sick of paying $40 everytime I switch phones (which I do a lot).

markspace should be issuing a new version that will work with leopard very soon. An alternative is PocketMachttp://www.pocketmac.net/.

As for free, I do not know if any apps that exist
