Sync software recommendations needed

I am looking for a reliable software that will sync between two folders - one on my MBA (running Lion) and the other on box.net (webdav server).

I have seen a number of options on the Mac App store but they either have mixed reviews, or no reviews at all. It would be great to hear to get recommendations from folks who are using sync software to backup to a webdav server.
