I've got a 32gb Touch, want everything on it. On my 16gb iPhone I can't move all my music videos, so I want to only move "some".

If I deselect the videos I don't want, it takes them out of my playlists. Seems like I have the option to sync all music videos or none without having to select and deselect depending on which device I connect.

Any suggestions?

Yes

When the iPhone is connected to iTunes just click on it then click on the video tab to make adjustments.

Except music videos aren't listed under VIDEOS tab.

Here's what I found. There is a Smart Playlist for Music Videos which auto selects all music videos. That playlist had to be switched off for "live updates" and I made multiple Music Video playlists that I manage manually. Now I can control which music video playlists get uploaded to the touch and iphone.
