Hello
I hope someone out there can help me out with a question I've got about exchange email and aliases in OSX and iOS.
I have a domain name and exchange email hosted on Office 365 which works great with both my Mac an don my iOS devices but I need some help with aliases please.
As Is: I have an email address at my domain that is my personal email. In addition there are two aliases for that address, used for instances where I don't want to give out my actual address.
So its:
Main address: myemail@mydomain.com
alias 1: alias1@mydomain.com
alias 2: alias2@mydomain.com
Which ever address an email is sent to they all end up in the same inbox and I can use rules to sort them accordingly.
To Be: I would like to give access to my partner on both her Mac and iPhone to both the main address and alias 1 but not alias 2. I don't want to forward the emails to her personal address as it is sometimes necessary to respond via the alias.
Is this possible without paying for a second Office 365 licence? I don't mind if the method involves syncing only select folders to the Mac or iOS device or another workaround but I can't work out how to get what I would like achieved - it may not be possible!
Any input would be greatly appreciated and I'll try my best to answer any questions!
