iPod touch Sync To-Do's to iPod Touch's iCal?

Is this possible. The ability to sync To-Do's is a big deal for me and would love to get it worked out if possible,
 
Unfortunatly, no. I remember reading a blog where someone had dug up code that shows iCal to-do support. It'll probably come sometime in the future.
