Sync to folders on two computers

Okay, so here's my question. So basically, I will have the school folder under My documents on my laptop, and the same under my documents on my imac. How can I have them sync automatically (or by a push of a button) when I connect to my network and both computers are online? I want this to be vice verse.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Microsoft has a solution. (oddly enough)

Windows live foldershare is an app that syncs folders between mac & pc. it works fairly well. for me at least.
