Can anyone help me to sync my new phone?

I just bought a UT Star Com CDM 7126 and I can't sync it.

I've tried both bluetooth and usb -- and nothing!

I have it connected with BitPim now, through usb, but I'm not allowed to change anything.

Using the Filesystem view, I can see the brew files, but I'm not allowed to access them.

Help please!

I returned the phone - couldn't get it to sync
