sync Windows iphone to OSX

Hi,
I made the switch from PC to a shiny new MBP. I love it.
I was using my iphone with my PC and now I want to use it exclusively with my new mac.
Any way to sync all the stuff on it now over to the mac. The alternative, which is getting a vcard app, exporting from Outlook, blah blah, is a buggy pain in the arse.

Any advice?
