Sync with Outlook 2007 on PC

When syncing with Outlook 2007 i experience a problem. If i put a calendar entry in my iPhone and sync with Outlook, it does not recognize the calendar entry that I put in my phone. Basically, it seems like the Desktop is overriding the iPhone instead of performing a true sync. Any suggestions on what i might do to fix this?

Outlook 2007/ Calendar with iphone

works perfectly for me no problems....add an entry into iphone calendar and it pops straight into Outlook calendar after Syncing.....using Outlook 12.0.6212.1000 SP1 MS01...with Vista...
