can i sync documents from microsoft word to my Notes on my Touch? if so, how?

thanks.

i did that but i sent it as an attachment but then i couldnt open it so then i just copy and pasted the document onto the e-mail.

so this is all you can do? is there like a folder where i can put the file in?

It would be pretty cool to view word documents on a Touch, I think that's one of the only things it's missing to make it a "PDA". Haha.

If you log into Gmail via Safari you can open attachments.

There's no folder on the Touch in which to put files - it is more iPod than PDA after all. Maybe those sort of features will come on the next Touch (or this other touch screen device that's being talked about....?!)

I use Google Docs

I convert my word doc or excel into google docs

then go to google docs on the iTouch and access it from there.

works better for me than emailing myself docs

ill give that a shot.

Yeah the google online suite is impressive.

SDK should bring about a mini office suite and the ability to store stuff on the touch.

how do you edit your documents using google Docs? I put my document on it using my CPU but wheres the edit option?

You can't, yet. I don't need to edit them, I just need to be able to read them. I do the editing on my computer. However, making an assumption here, I'm going to bet that some time after the SDK is released, there will be something like Docs to Go available.

For now, I am able to get by using the Document function in Google.
