How can I sync my Yahoo contacts with my address book on the iMac. I read some advice about using system preferences, but I couldn't find that option in the address book. I have OSX Mountain Lion.

Sync Yahoo and IMac

system preferences, > mail contacts & calendars,
then click on the Yahoo email account you've been added, and you'll see checkbox for contacts, after checked, then click it, and contact windows will open,
check the pict below, to sync yahoo contacts
