syncdefaultsd 100% in the RC realise of Ventura

I don't know if anyone else is having this? This process was at 100% and then fans in my Mac when quite high.

What is this process? is it connected with iCloud?

Similar behavior here when testing Ventura due to Apple pushing me into a corner here on 13.4 RC2. Huge number of entries in system log:

Unfortunately this happens even with iCloud / Apple ID signed out.
