Just installed the gm on my iPad and iPhone. Yes I'm a Dev. Well learning to be one. I've noticed I'm not seeing notifications sync between devices. Do 3rd party apps need to be updated to use this feature or do I have a bug in my icloud/devices

I'm having the same issue between my iOS devices running iOS 7 GM.

I am also having the same issue. I have an iPhone 5 and iPad 2 both running iOS 7 GM. The notifications doesn't sync accross my devices at all. Anyone else have a working notification sync accoss their devices?

Ok glad to see it's just not me. They might still need to flip a switch server side on the 18th

Running iOS 7 on iPad & iPhone, notifications are not syncing... do apps need to be updated to support this feature?

Yea, I'm curious as to what happened with this? It was in the early betas then disappeared at GM time? Is it tied to the keychain deal they pushed back as well?

So far I understand it works as follows:

1) only for iMessage and Mail apps
2) you have to read the new item within the app for the notification to clear across devices. You can't just clear the notification in notification centre and have that cleared on other devices.

Maybe other stock apps work too? Can anyone confirm if they can get ANY other apps working!?

 It worked that way under iOS 5 & 6.

I don't even see it on Apple.com. Was the feature removed?

This is not correct, notification sync works with all push alerts and it is not necessary to read the message but only to delete it from one device and it will propagate to all other iOS devices on the same account.

Have you actually seen this working with the final release?

This still does not appear to be working. I was away for the weekend and when I returned his afternoon, my iPad had about 20 notifications that were all viewed on my phone.
