Synching apps between all AppleTVs?

I have 3 AppleTVs and I tried synching two of them, though what I really wanted was to clone what I did on one of them to the other two. After turning on synching on the other one I do not know what it did and it probably messed up the one that I spend time arranging. How do you set one up and use that one as the master for the others?
